Shipping & Returns
Although we make every effort to assure that our online inventory is accurate at all times, all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on Mountain Kingdom are only available for delivery, due to contractual obligations, to addresses outside of continental Africa. If you live within Africa, and would like to purchase one of our products, please contact us, and we will put you in touch with a local retailer. We can only ship to a physical residential or commercial address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. Orders within the USA will be shipped via UPS Ground. International orders will generally be shipped one of the US Postal Service Expedited or Priority Mail options, at our sole discretion. We will endeavor to get your product to you as quickly as possible, and the best shipping method to do so varies from country to country.
Priority Shipping Costs
Should you require a priority shipping service, please specify this in the comments field for your order, and we will be in touch via email to discuss the best options to meet your timeline. Costs for priority shipping will vary based on the the weight of the order and the speed of service required. We will always endeavor to help you find the best option to suit your needs, and will never make a dime from shipping. Ever.
Items Damaged in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are subject to a limited window in which we can claim insurance from the shipper for goods damaged during shipping.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including hangtags, labels etc. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order number is also fine for this purpose.
There are certain situations where a refund will not be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition and packaging or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 7050 E. MacDonald Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ, 85253, United States.
To return your product, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your refund or exchange request. Once you receive the RA#, you should write it clearly on the outside of your package. You will be given clear instructions on where to ship your return package to upon receipt of your Return Authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you can provide proof of shipping and delivery.
