What Currency Do you use?

All our pricing is in US dollars.

What Shipping Methods Do you Use?

In the United States, we use UPS exclusively. This means we cannot ship to PO Boxes. For shipping abroad, we generally use EMS (Express Mail Services) which is fully trackable and insured.

Do You Ship Everywhere In The World?

We are contractually prohibited from shipping to the continent of Africa. Otherwise, the answer is yes. Our payment processor has very stringent anti-fraud protection, and we do reserve the right not to ship an order should we believe it may be fraudulent. In this rare instance, every effort will be made to contact the customer directly and to resolve the situation to our mutual satisfaction.

What Methods of Payment Do you Accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal at this time.

How long After I Place My Order Will it Ship?

Orders generally ship in 3-5 business days or less. We are working actively to reduce that turnaround time.If you need expedited service, please let us know in the comments section when you place the order. Next Day Air and other premium shipping services are available at an additional cost. In the rare event that we are out of stock of the item you ordered, we will contact you immediately. You can cancel your order, make an alternative selection or elect to wait until we receive additional stock.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehousing and fulfillment currently takes place from Sand Point, Idaho.

How often do you restock the shop and add new product

Every effort is made to keep as many styles and colorways in stock as possible. However, the Basotho Heritage Blankets are produced in very limited quantities, so once a style or colorway runs out, it may take 3-4 months for it to become available again. Also, since the blankets ship to our warehouse in the US from Africa, we have to wait until we have a significant of blankets before we can make a shipment. However, we do get limited run items on a fairly regular basis.
